Massod Mousavi
Specialist Orthodontist
Massod qualified as a Dentist from Umeå University Sweden in 1996. He practised dentistry for seven years before pursuing his interest in the field of orthodontics which led to gaining qualifications as a specialist orthodontist in 2007.
Massod qualified as a dentist from the University of Umea in Sweden in 1997. Following his qualification, he moved to the UK where he practiced all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry in Surrey for 10 years. It was during this time that he developed a passion for orthodontics.
Following his three years full-time postgraduate orthodontic training at King's College London, Dr Mousavi obtained his Masters degree in Orthodontics and Membership in Orthodontics of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2008.
Dr Mousavi has extensive experience in clear aligner treatments such as Invisalign® aligners, Orthocaps and Transaligner – as well as modern appliances such as the Damon appliance. He also works part-time at the King's College Orthodontic Department where he is involved with the treatment of complex cases and postgraduate training.
